Terms and Conditions – 92 Bet Pakistan Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 92 Bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 92 Bet website, creating an account, or using any service or game offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 92 Bet and should not register an account. Continued use of the platform after any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use a 92 Bet account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 92 Bet takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will verify age where we have any doubt.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 92 Bet employee involved in the operation of the platform.

92 Bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is complete.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 92 Bet at any time. Opening multiple accounts – whether under your own name, a variation of it, or under any other identity – is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. 92 Bet will communicate with you using the contact details associated with your account, so it is important they are correct.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether or not you personally performed it. • Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available on your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Never share your account details with anyone, including people you trust.

92 Bet reserves the right to refuse registration, close accounts or impose restrictions on accounts that we reasonably believe have been registered fraudulently, involve false information, or are being used in violation of these Terms.

92 Bet operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No foreign currency transactions are processed through the platform and no currency conversion fees apply.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless 92 Bet approves an exception in writing. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. We aim to process all withdrawal requests within the stated timeframes, but delays may occur during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.

92 Bet does not charge deposit fees. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees – please check with your payment provider before initiating a transfer. No interest is paid on account balances. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, which will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

92 Bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is communicated. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only – eligibility criteria will be specified in each individual offer.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household and per device unless explicitly stated as repeatable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money bets placed after the bonus has been credited. Bets placed before a bonus is credited do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages vary by game type and will be detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active may be capped. Bets placed above the maximum while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• 92 Bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it believes the bonus is being exploited, misused, or claimed through automated or fraudulent means.
• Bonuses have an expiry date from the point of crediting. Any unused bonus and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be forfeited.

All bets placed on 92 Bet are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event at the time the bet is accepted. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand the bet type and the applicable rules. General betting rules include:

• A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the platform and a bet reference number has been issued. No bet is valid until this point.
• Minimum bet size is Rs 100 per selection. Maximum bet sizes vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• All bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to the prevailing odds at the exact moment of acceptance. Due to the real-time nature of live markets, there may be a short delay between clicking "Place Bet" and confirmation; the confirmed odds apply.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (commonly called a "palpable error"), 92 Bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds, even after the event has settled.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules. Where no applicable rule covers the situation, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket matches: a minimum number of overs must be completed for the match to constitute an official result for betting purposes. This threshold varies by format and will be specified in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.
• Settled bets will not normally be reopened or reversed after settlement except in cases of administrative error or verified palpable pricing errors.

All casino games, crash games (including Aviator), roulette, Ludo, virtual sports and slot games available on 92 Bet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or provably fair algorithms to determine outcomes. Game results are generated independently for each round and are not influenced by previous rounds, stake sizes or any action taken by the platform.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and represent theoretical long-run averages. No individual player is guaranteed to achieve the stated RTP in any finite period of play. Theoretical RTP figures are available for each game within the game's help section.

For Aviator and other crash game formats, the provably fair mechanism allows players to independently verify that the round outcome was not predetermined after the bet was placed. Full verification instructions are available on the Aviator game page. 92 Bet does not influence crash points and has no ability to alter a round outcome after the server seed hash has been published.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or software malfunction that interrupts a game round, the round will be settled according to the recorded game state at the point of interruption where a deterministic outcome can be established. If no definitive outcome can be determined, bets for the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. 92 Bet is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside the platform's direct control including failures in your internet connection or device.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92 Bet. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and may have funds confiscated pending investigation:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account in any form.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts or colluding with others to claim bonuses more than once; using automated systems to exploit bonus terms; creating fake accounts to generate referral rewards.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or to gain an unfair advantage, including in Ludo or card games with a shared pool.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets solely to exploit differences in odds for guaranteed profit in a manner that constitutes market abuse rather than genuine sporting speculation.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, software or any other technological means to interact with the platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods; initiating fraudulent chargebacks; providing false identification documentation.
• Money laundering: Using 92 Bet for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime purpose. Any suspicious activity will be reported to relevant Pakistani authorities.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening or harassing 92 Bet staff, other players, or any third party through any channel associated with the platform.

92 Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to pass identity or age verification
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity
• Request by the account holder for self-exclusion
• Inactivity for an extended period as defined in the payments section
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so

Where an account is closed and no prohibited conduct or fraud is involved, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via the payment method on record after standard verification has been completed. Bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.
